Service Returns ...providing on going support
Returns Proceedure (Warranty and Non-Warranty Items)

1. Obtain the following information from your monitor(s)
a. Model number (e.g. 14H948GE2)
b. Serial Number (e.g.. 001234A01)
c. Date of manufacture (e.g. APRIL 1994)
d. Brief description of fault

2. Call Micovitec on 01274 390011 or Email at sales@microvitec.co.uk with the above information together with your contact details

3. Microvitec will log you request and provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN).

4. This number must be clearly written on the outer carton when returning the product. Please ensure the monitor is adequately packaged, as we cannot be responsible for breakages/damage in transit. Goods must be returned at your cost.

5. Repairs are generally turned around within 10 working days.

6. If the goods are out of warranty we will contact you with a quotation for you're approval prior to conducting any work.

7. Parts and labour are free of charge should the product fail within 12 months of manufacture/purchase.

Service Capabilities

Microvitec's service department can support the majority of all the products it has manufactured since the early 1980's however in certain cases we have been faced with component obsolescence.

We support all our Series 14, 'Excalibur' and Series 13 generic platforms. Older designs, including Series 3, 9 and 11 can in the majority of cases still be repaired by our service technicians

If you monitor is out of warranty, we do not charge to evaluate your returned unit in the majority of cases.
