Returns Proceedure (Warranty and Non-Warranty Items) 1. Obtain the following information from your monitor(s) 2. Email Microvitec at sales@microvitec.co.uk with the above information together with your contact details or call on 0845 6343900 3. Microvitec will log you request and provide you with a Returns Authorisation Number (RAN). 4. This number must be clearly written on the outer carton when returning the product. Please ensure the monitor is adequately packaged, as we cannot be responsible for breakages/damage in transit. Goods must be returned at your cost. 5. Repairs are generally turned around within 5 working days. 6. If the goods are out of warranty we will contact you with a quotation for you're approval prior to conducting any work. 7. Parts and labour are free of charge should the product fail within 12 months of manufacture/purchase. |

For impartial advise and information please Email your monitor details with a brief description of the problem and we will respond within 24 hours We do not charge to evaluate your returned monitor in the majority of cases. |
